One of the perks of working at the cake bar is taking home yummy treats made from some of the "extras" that we have. We've decided it's time to share one of our most popular employee treats with our customers!
When it comes time to decorate a cake, we cut off the domed top of that cake so that we have a nice level surface to work with. These cake tops are used to make all kinds other products. Some, like cake truffles, we already sell in the bakery, but others, only employees have enjoyed so far.
Well, it's time for us to stop being so selfish - starting today you can purchase your own yummy "cake top" at the bakery. They are available each day while they last and flavors are limited to the cakes we are baking for orders each week.
